Atom.io - Atom is an amazing open source editor built by Github with Javascript, therefore it works across all platforms. If you have ever used Sublime Text, this should be familiar to you. It's simple and customizable, check it out!
Famo.us - I've had my eye on this framework/engine for a while now and I've been really impressed so far. They just announced public beta for the "Framework" portion. They also have an "Engine" which is great for little demos and pieces (think embedded flash content). I am really looking forward to seeing the amazing apps people will build with this.
